As owners move toward outsourcing more Facilities Operations & Equipment Maintenance, PEMCO, Ltd. is there to respond. We provide a variety of services including Building Equipment Maintenance, Family Housing Maintenance (manage & maintain approximately 2,366 family housing quarters), Furnishings and Appliance Management (serving approximately 8,000 family housing quarters). REAL ESTATE SERVICES

With the innovative use of technology, PEMCO, Ltd. markets and manages the disposition of HUD real estate owned properties in the State of California, State of Hawaii, Guam and the Northern Marianas. Utilizing a fully automated, web-based online operation, PEMCO, Ltd. receives, manages, markets and maintains HUD's properties.
