History

PEMCO, Ltd. was founded in 1984 by its president John Yamamoto. With a Base Operating contract for the US Navy on Pearl Harbor and handful of cherished clients, PEMCO, Ltd.'s history began. PEMCO, Ltd. provided engineering & construction management services to over $400 million in development construction, with over 300 engineering studies & investigations.

In 1990, PEMCO, Ltd. expanded its services to include Facilities Maintenance & Repair and Operations Support Services. In addition to servicing numerous private clients, the company was awarded and has successfully completed numerous multi-year contracts with the US Department of Defense. To meet the changing needs of its clients, Pemco broadened its Engineering services to include Environmental Engineering. To assure state-of-the-art services to clients, PEMCO, Ltd. then entered into strategic partnering agreements with the finest environmental engineering companies in the United States.

In 1999, PEMCO, Ltd. became one of the leading contractors for The US Department of HUD providing Management and Marketing (M&M) services. Coupling its strength in facilities maintenance with management innovation; PEMCO, Ltd. emerged into its Real Estate Management Services
